Services Description
- BeLocal provides digital marketing services including SEO, lead generation, analytics, and web development
- Specific services and deliverables are outlined in individual client agreements
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
- Service availability may vary based on location and technical requirements
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Maintain the security of account credentials and access information
- Ensure you have rights to any content or materials you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services
- Provide timely feedback and approvals as needed for project progress
Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements
- Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
- All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified
- Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements
Intellectual Property
- BeLocal retains ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and processes
- Client-specific deliverables are owned by the client upon full payment
- You grant us license to use your content and materials for service delivery
- Our branding, logos, and website content remain our exclusive property
Confidentiality
- We will maintain confidentiality of your business information and data
- Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent
- Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or legal process
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service relationship
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee specific results from marketing activities
- Search engine rankings and lead generation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control
Termination
- Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement
- We may terminate immediately for material breach or violation of these terms
- Upon termination, access to services and platforms will be revoked
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable upon termination
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario
- You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ontario courts
